This project involved demolishing the existing car park and combining two properties to create a 15-story, 142-room hotel with a ground-floor reception, restaurant, and bar. The fifth floor includes a pool, gym, and conference facilities, while levels 1-4 feature leasable office spaces. At 60 meters, it is one of the tallest buildings in Hobart, offering panoramic views of the city and harbor. The project also required significant infrastructure work, including the construction of new street amenities and realigning Kemp Street.
