Vos was selected as Head Contractor for the redevelopment of the UTAS School of Architecture and Fine Furniture, having previously led the relocation of Architecture to the Railyard site in 2007 and the construction of the Fine Furniture School in 2009.

Work included demolition, new mezzanine floors, reconfigured layouts, upgraded amenities and designated spaces for offices and workstations.

The project required careful coordination to manage shared site access, tram movements, unstable ground conditions and confined space work in old tunnels beneath Level 1.
