UTAS Inveresk Library

Stage-1

The UTAS Inveresk Library Stage-1 is a sustainable, state-of-the-art learning hub. The three-story building features a concrete structure with low-carbon Boral Envisia concrete and an exposed laminated timber roof, embodying the project’s commitment to sustainability. The ground floor includes open workspaces, a café, and consultation rooms, while level two offers flexible learning spaces and cultural exhibits. Level three is a spacious library with study areas and a striking Tasmanian Oak roof. Designed by John Wardle Architects and built by Vos Construction, this innovative space blends modern design with cultural significance, providing a dynamic environment for students, staff, and the community.
