Over the span of six years, we undertook multiple stages of work for both Hansen & Yuncken and Vos Construction. The project involved a variety of framing systems, including Capral Curtain Wall systems and several bespoke engineered solutions.

Our work covered a wide range of Glass & Aluminium services, from the installation of engineered curtain wall systems craned into place, to roof glazing, glazed stairwell façades, and custom-designed bathroom shower screens and mirrors.

To preserve the heritage of the building, we retained the external windows by installing jockey sashes internally. This approach not only maintained the building’s historical integrity but also contributed to enhanced solar and noise performance.
