The Parliament Square redevelopment in Hobart is a significant project near the Salamanca precinct and waterfront. The project evolved from $16M office redevelopment to $100M contract including the refurbishment of the St Mary’s Hospital and the old art deco Department of Health and Human Services building, a new 3-level carpark, new office building, speciality retail, dining options, a luxury hotel and public spaces.
