The $23M redevelopment of North-West Regional Hospital in Burnie expanded critical services and modernised facilities, including a new MRI unit, an extended and refurbished emergency department, and a three-story Cancer Care Centre with oncology and radiation treatment areas. 

Managing construction within a fully operational 24/7 hospital required careful staging, open communication, and strategic planning. Vos collaborated closely with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption while maintaining essential hospital services. Traffic and pedestrian management were key, ensuring safe access throughout the project. 

This state-of-the-art healthcare facility was successfully delivered with provisions for future expansion, demonstrating Vos’ commitment to quality and adaptability.
