Apartments

The luxury apartments were constructed by Fairbrother Construction, featuring Capral 425 framing and an Axiom balustrade system. The panels for the infinity pool were supplied by AAT Acrylics.

One of the key challenges of this project was the engineering of the bespoke balustrading system and the 60mm thick acrylic pool end, which included a 40mm acrylic observatory window panel. Vos Glass & Aluminium collaborated closely with AAT Acrylics to achieve a remarkable outcome for the pool area.

The careful selection and integration of materials ensured that, whether inside the apartments or relaxing by the pool, residents and visitors are treated to uninterrupted views of the River Derwent and the iconic finish line of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race.
