Darren Vos
Chairman
Darren Vos has been a Director at Vos since 2007. He took over the role of Chairman from his father Michael in 2018. Darren has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and has been a pivotal part of Vos Construction and the Vos Foundation.
He is Chairman of both Vos Construction and Vos Foundation boards, and plays a central role in the strategic vision, facilitating effective governance, strategic oversight and responsibility for the overall direction of the company and foundation. Darren is determined to see the company continue to ‘make a positive difference’ both in the work place, and in the wider community.
He recognises the importance of the strong family values the company has been built upon and is passionate about engaging in business in line with these values ensuring the board is responsible and ethical in their decision making, staff are valued and cared for and clients’ expectations are exceeded. Through the Vos Foundation he has built relationships with organisations locally and overseas ensuring that their giving has the greatest possible impact.
He has successfully delivered projects across a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, and commercial developments. Darren’s leadership is instrumental in maintaining Vos Construction’s reputation for quality and operational excellence.

Kurt Jones
Chief Executive Officer
With over 31 years of experience at Vos Construction and Joinery, Kurt Jones is a visionary CEO dedicated to modernising the company’s culture, strengthening leadership pathways and driving sustainable business growth. Under his leadership, Vos Construction continues to set industry benchmarks in quality, safety and innovation.
Kurt is deeply committed to fostering talent through robust apprentice programs and leadership development initiatives, ensuring a skilled and future-ready workforce. He champions operational excellence, optimising project delivery through strategic planning, technology integration, and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management and Safety Systems.
His expertise spans civil, structural, and architectural disciplines, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects. As CEO, Kurt’s forward-thinking leadership has reinforced Vos Construction’s reputation as an industry leader, balancing tradition with innovation to drive long-term success.

Adrian Bott
Chief Financial Officer
With a Bachelor of Business and Fellowship with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Adrian brings a robust foundation in financial and strategic leadership.
His career began at KPMG Chartered Accountants, where he spent nearly a decade honing his expertise.
In 2000, Adrian joined Vos Construction & Joinery Pty Ltd, a leading force in commercial construction, joinery, and property development.
His journey at Vos includes 11 years as Chief Financial Officer, where he managed the financial strategy of a $150 million enterprise, and 5 years as Chief Executive Officer, driving overall business growth and direction.
Currently, he has returned to the CFO role to focus on his passion for property development, overseeing projects such as the $35 million Macquarie Wharf No. 1 hotel, $20 million residential estate at Claremont Golf Club and most recently the Montague Park subdivision at Legana.

Kieran Rimmelzwaan
Northern Tasmania Construction Manager Delivery of Projects
Kieran is a highly experienced construction manager with 20 years in the industry, specialising in all aspects of commercial building. His extensive expertise encompasses major project planning, contractual control, site management, and administrative oversight, allowing him to navigate complex projects with precision and efficiency. Kieran has a proven track record of successfully overseeing a diverse range of projects, leveraging his strong project management and communication skills to foster collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
As an accredited building practitioner, Kieran is committed to ensuring strict adherence to compliance and regulatory standards, which is crucial for the success and integrity of every project. In his role as Major Project Director, he plays a significant role in supporting project teams and leading client relationships, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Kieran’s ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions has earned him a reputation as a reliable leader in the field, consistently delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. His dedication to excellence and his proactive approach make him an invaluable asset to any construction endeavour.

Brent Wilcox
Northern Tasmania Commercial Manager
Brent is a highly experienced construction manager with over 24 years in the construction industry, specialising in all facets of commercial building. He plays a critical role in business development and the procurement of projects for the Northern Business Units, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge to secure new opportunities.
Brent has been deeply involved in the successful procurement and management of projects in Northern Tasmania, where he has demonstrated his ability to identify and address key stakeholder needs. His expertise includes value management, product specifications, and operational requirements, ensuring that projects align with both client expectations and community needs. Additionally, Brent excels at identifying suitable and capable subcontractors that meet project requirements, further contributing to the successful execution of projects and enhancing overall quality and performance. His comprehensive approach and strong relationships within the industry make him a valuable asset to any construction endeavour.

Stuart Percey
Shopfitting Manager
Stuart Percey is an accomplished executive with over 35 years of experience in the shopfitting and construction industry. As the Shopfitting Manager at Vos Construction and Joinery, Stuart is responsible for leading the Shopfitting Business Unit, managing project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality nationwide and international projects. His expertise spans project management, resource optimisation and business development. Stuart has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, maintaining strong client relationships and overseeing the integration of safety and budget management processes. With a background that includes senior roles in joinery supervision and coordination, Stuart’s leadership is instrumental in the continued growth and success of the company.

John Doddridge
Business Unit Manager – Southern Construction
With 29 years of experience in the construction and joinery industry, John Doddridge has been a key member of the team at Vos Construction and Joinery for 16 years.
His principal responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of construction projects—from tender submissions and cost planning to project delivery and final client acceptance. John is also responsible for implementing project and safety management plans, controlling labour and materials, and ensuring cost efficiencies. He has led major projects including the NAB 700 Bourke St fitout ($6.0m), Margaret Court Arena ($3.0m), and Parliament Square ($100m).
John’s expertise spans a wide range of high-profile projects, with a focus on major fitouts, cost planning, and client liaison. His leadership ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Matthew Joseph
Joinery Manager
Matt began his journey with Vos in 2014 as an apprentice Carpenter/Joiner, quickly proving his dedication, capability and willingness to learn and adapt. In 2017, he transitioned into the role of Estimator before advancing to Project Manager in 2018, where he successfully delivered a range of key projects specialising in large scale fit-outs, major hospitality venues and retail spaces. His leadership, strong focus on efficiencies and operational insight led to his move into Operations Manager in 2023 with a focus on building the team & systems in place.
Now, Matt has taken on the role as Joinery Manager, bringing a decade of hands-on experience and strategic oversight to lead the joinery division with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. Matt’s ambition and passion for the growth of the team and the business is something that will be invaluable moving forward.

Kim Dillon
People, Safety and Systems Team Manager
With 25 years of experience in Human Resources management, Kim Dillon leads the People, Safety & Systems function at Vos Construction and Joinery. Holding a Graduate Certificate in Business Studies, a Bachelor of Business (HR), Diploma of HRM and certifications as a Certified Professional with AHRI, Kim brings extensive expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, leadership development, and strategic HR planning.
At Vos, Kim has spearheaded key initiatives including career development programs, the Vos Emerging Leaders Program, and cultural change projects. He was recognised with the 2024 ‘Male Allies Award’ by the National Association of Women in Construction for his commitment to advancing women in the industry. Prior to Vos, Kim led award-winning HR projects, including an ‘Employer of Choice’ initiative and national major restructures. His strategic approach to people management and safety has been instrumental in driving organisational success.
