This project involved constructing two 5,000m² warehouses capable of storing 16,000 tons of potatoes each season. The project, completed ahead of schedule, saw Shed A finished in May 2023 and Shed B in August 2023, enabling Simplot to begin storing raw product early.

Unique features included precast concrete footings manufactured off-site and transported for installation. The building is fully lined and insulated with 100mm spray foam, along with a specialist coating system to ensure effective climate control.
