The project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire airport terminal, which included the construction of a new baggage screening facility, upgraded check-in area, expanded gate lounges, revamped arrivals area, and enhanced retail spaces. To minimise disruption to airport operations, the work was carefully planned and executed in four distinct stages, with each phase involving demolition followed by the installation of new infrastructure and finishes. This phased approach ensured the terminal could remain operational throughout the duration of the project.
