Waterfront Precinct

Vos redeveloped Devonport’s waterfront as part of the Living City Masterplan, featuring a children’s play area, BBQ shelter, amphitheater, 160m elevated walkway, and more. Critical land reclamation along the Mersey River supported new structures. Through value management, Vos reduced costs by nearly $3M while managing complex logistics, including rail zone coordination and road realignments. The project won two awards at the 2023 Master Builders Tasmania Awards, including New Construction Over $10-20 Million and Entertainment & Recreation Facility.
