Vos Construction & Joinery was engaged to carry out renovations to the Launceston branch of St Luke’s Health. Housed in the heritage listed Ingles Building in the Quadrant Mall. 

Internally, the most striking feature of the fit-out is the customer service ‘pods’. Constructed by Vos Joinery in Hobart these substantial architectural shaped walls are clad in a combination of Corian solid surface acrylic and Autex acoustic panels. Suspended above these pods are acoustic baffle ‘clouds’ to help attenuate noise transfer between them, creating semi-private consultation spaces for St Luke’s staff and their customers. Combined with St Luke’s distinctive branding and graphics, the joinery fit-out, LED lighting and new façade create an exciting new look for St Lukes one of Tasmania’s leading health insurance providers.
