A new concept for Hudsons Coffee was realised in this fit out. New finishes included an aging process of American Oak in a 7-day period to look like 50-year-old weathered timber. Some aged brass cladding to strategically constructed portals and hand painted murals were features of the concept.

Vos was awarded a National fit out award through the Australian Office and Shopfitting Industry Association for the quality, project management expertise and overall delivery of a first class fitout in the challenging work environment of an International Airport terminal.
